Paul Krugman is neither old Keynesianist, nor new Keynesianist, but the returner of Keynesian Economics. As a whole, similar to Keynesian economics, the economic system of Krugman is of dual characters, that is, it is both right and wrong, and is a mix of scientific exploration and sophistic flatter. During the conflicts between the declining Great Britain and the ising USA, Keynes stood at the side of Great Britain. Similarly,Krugman is now standing at the side of USA during the conflicts between
the developing China and the hegemony-waning USA in spite of the paradox
existing between his behavior and his theory.
