Abstract:The correct understanding of State-Capitalism and “ Chinese mode” is of theoretical and practical significance .The article summarizes firstly Marxist theory of State-Capitalism and Contemporary Western intellectual' s viewpoints on State-
Capitalism, and then recalls the concrete practice of State-Capitalism in both the capitalist countries and the socialist countries, elaborates the essence of Chinese mode , points out that the long-term exploitation and restraint of State-Capitalism by the means of Chinese mode has a certain historic inevitability .
