The scientific macroeconomics is founded by Marx, while Keynesian macroeconomics is not a scientific theory. To establish macroeconomic control mechanism which adapts to socialist market economy，we should attach great importance to the macroeconomic analysis based on historical materialism in On Capital and understand the subject of macroeconomic analysis in a scientific and all-round way. We should analyze macroeconomic relationships by dialectical analysis, scientifically make mathematical macroeconomics analysis and analyze international relationships in the same way. We should also follow the material recycling law concerning human beings and the land. For the purpose of increasing practicability, we should enhance the specification of Marx's macroeconomic theory and approaches, build a discourse system of macroeconomic analysis based on historical materialism, and respect the decisive power of principal position of public ownership on the coordinated economic development.
