中国宏观经济发展与改革目标: 在美国加州州立大学EMBA班上的演讲

This article analyzes the rapid economic growth, the optimization of industrial structure, the fluctuation of inflation, the double increases of employment and unemployment, the expanse of income disparity, the increase of consumption and investment, the sharp increase of foreign investment, and the deficit using the foreign technology in China from 1978 to 2006，as well as the main aims of economy and society in the "The Eleventh Five-Year Plan". This paper summarizes and discusses the goal of economis institution reform in China "Four Dominant .Modes Economic System", that is, the multi-types property right system in public main body, the multi-essential factors distribution system in labor main body, the multi-structures of market system under nation leadership and multi-positions open system supporting oneself. In the end, this paper makes the commentary on the debate about the current reform in China.
