产权理论与产权制度改革的若干思考

Property right is a historic category and economic right assembling of property right separating from ownership. At present, there are a few mistakes of studying property theory, which misleads the reform of property system of our enterprises in some aspects. State一owned should a build an effective the system of property right through rational distribution of all economic rights of property right. Nonpublic enterprises should transform from ancient system of property right into modern system of property right.
