Protecting farmers' rights and interests is not only an important task of building a harmonious society, but also is the top priority of the rural reform development success or failure. The current our country farmers' rights and interests is damaged, the existing problems and the rapid development of urbanization, industrialization, rights protection of the main body and the weakening or lack of farmers' rights and needs closely related to the deviation. Therefore, we shall take the new rural construction as an opportunity, take farmers' needs as the guidance, through constructing the "three main" rights protection mode, implement four aspects simultaneously, focus on protecting farmers' rights and interests in the process of promoting urbanization, industrialization benign development.
