The article demonstrates Marxism can be categorized into fundamental principles and non － fundamental principles， refuting Mr． XI Zhaoyong’ s negation of the categorization． It illustrates that capitalism is based on industrial capital which determines the social nature of capitalist system， and the logical organization of the 3 － volume Das Kapital， by order， is production course， circulation course and total production course of industrial capital， refuting Mr． XI’ s misinterpretation on Das Kapital’ s logic． Besides， it further proves the theory of surplus value and historical materialism are Marx’ s two main contributions which turned socialism from Utopia to science，refuting Mr． XI’ s assertion that it is“general formula of capital”and embedded contradictions， not the theory of surplus value， made the socialism groping through the darkness a science． It also refutes some other misinterpretations and disordered thinking logic on Marx， Engels and Mao’ s theories in Mr． XI’ s article．
