Recently, Zhang Wuchang, Prof. of economics in Hong Kong University has given speeches in famous universities and research institutions in China, which makes him a star with considerable influence in economics. This paper makes comments on this unusual phenomenon and points out that the essence of his theory is to deny the direction of Marxism and the socialist system in China and that his aim is to hold in esteem the neoliberalism, to misguide the reform in China and to attempt to make China take a wrong way of an all-round personalization.
