Abstract: Five development ideas of innovation， coordination， the environment， opening up and sharing， put forward by
The CPC central committee， its connotation can accurately grasp in the context of the new normal analysis． Innovation is to develop independent intellectual property rights in the comparative advantage and competitive advantage． Coordination is the key
to all aspects of development go hand in hand， not only focus on GDP． The environment is to put the construction of ecological
civilization into effect， to avoid and eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers of ecological security． Opening up should be based on
the experience of the countries such as Germany and Japan， and adhere to the orderly open， two-way open． Sharing the first to
