Seen from the eight years of proficiency, the efficiency of state-owned enterprises in the narrow sense is considerable. The efficiency of state-owned enterprises in the broad sense is considered as the mainstay and scientific development and main carrier of advanced productivity. The way of further improving efficiency is to deepen reform together with management creation.
