Аннотация
Local profits is the integrative profits circumfusing the local economy profits, which is incarnated by the relationship between the central government and local government and the relationship among the local governments. The behaviors of the local government pursuing for the local profits can do good or do hams to the development of the economy.It is necessary to standardize the local-profits-pursuing behaviors so as to realize the win-win of the local economy and the whole economy.
