The labor management relations in joint stock enterprises are an important and fundamental form of modern enterprise. Some new features are different from the ones of Marxism in recent years. Such as Multiplex interest entities, sharable interest allocation, and complex interest relationships. After studying the industrial relations, we maintain that properties structure, union influence and government regulation are main factors that affect the states. Based on the interest factors a theory model is represented. Then an experiential analysis on labor management interest factors model is made. We find that the relations between the labor management in joint stock enterprises in China are not very satisfactory. The interest of labors can not be guaranteed effectively. The function of labor union and the management should be improved.
