It is necessary for the college students to bring the idea of Marketing into their job-hunting. To find a good job, the graduates must market themselves effectively, by making best use of the strategy and 4P theory based on the survey of job market. This will then improve their own quality and sharpen their competitive edge. Overall, developing the sense of marketing will help the graduates improve their responsibility while they are working for the society.marketing
