At the present stage，when we perceive，accommodate，lead and explore China's "new normal”economy it is important for both academic research and policy making to analyze the relationship between the proportion principle of labor distribution，market mechanism and state economic adjustment. The distribution of the total amount of labor in proportion is a general principle which could be applied to all social forms. Market mechanism is an important way to implement the proportion principle of labor distribution. And since simple commodity economy turned into capitalist commodity economy } market mechanism has been playing a decisive role in the implement the proportion principle. State economic adjustment is another way to implement the proportion principle in a state regulation economy. In China's socialist market economy market mechanism and state economic adjustment work together as an organically integrated whole with complementary functions and synergic effects to implement the proportion principle.
