Аннотация
Based on social practice the paper re-examines the design of China' s modern enterprise system and its results over the past two decades' practice.It is found that the system is not quite rational and its results are not very good. Upon refection of the defects of the system, the paper points out that
under the guidance of Marxist economic theory and by absorbing the essence of the Angang Constitution, a modern socialist enterprise system with Chinese characteristics should be reconstructed to replace the old one in guiding the current reform of state-owned enterprises.
