马克思产权理论创新与我国现代产权制度建设

Constructing modern property rights system has been certified as the important task of the next deepgoing reform,but to choose which theory of property rights to guide the construction exists a great difference.The influent neo-liberalism theory has misled the reform of our country.So it must be reviewed and abandoned.Only the progressing scientific property rights system of Marx can be the guiding theory of our country’s property rights reform.In the practice of property rights reform,applying and developing the property rights theory of Marx creatively and constructing the socialism modern property rights system of Chinese character,is contained in the perfecting of socialist market economy.
