探索国企改革新模式的成功试验及其启示: 南京发动机配件厂“工人自治,期股买断”改制实践的调查与分析

The writer has done some continuous tracking investigation and theory guide for the“workers self-governing ,option-stock buy-out”reformation practice of Nanjing engine fittings factory since the beginning of 1999.This factory is a middle-scale state-owned enterprise ,which dropped in heavy deficit and faced serious bankruptcy because of some problems in management at the end of 1998 .Workers of this factory refused to sell the net assets of this factory to other individuals and stood out asowners buying the net assets togethet ,which made the factory a collective-owned joint stock enterprise .The detailed measure gets some reference from the pattern of Yugoslavia Macedonian state-enterprise gets some reference from the pattern of Yugoslavia Macedonian state-enterprise reformation and the options and stocks are bought up in three years.The reformation has gained obvious effect in the last three years.This practice provides a typical pattern for state-owned enterprise reformation ,practices the Marxian theory on “re-building the system of private ownership”and points out the direction of state-owned enterprise reformation in
China.
