Theoretical hypothesis, including political economics, is the presupposition and
basis of scientific research. Modern Marxist political economics should go deeper into the level of the oretical hypothesis to set up basic thoughts and carry out logic discussions.It is an ecessity to communicate and discuss with modern western main stream economics from the basis.
